FREE WEEKS MEMBERSHIP
If you are unsure where to start, or whether CrossFit is for you (CrossFit is for everybody!) then get in touch, and come down to start your one week’s free membership. We’ll have a coffee and chat about CrossFit and your goals and experience. We’ll introduce you to some basic movements, warm up and then run through a scaled workout for you to experience CrossFit first hand.

We provide a Foundations Course called the ‘On Ramp’. Simply put, the ‘On Ramp’ is 6 x 1 hour sessions that you have to complete before you can enter the main classes.
These sessions will introduce you to the fundamental movements we use in CrossFit, beginning with the basics then over the six sessions progressing to more technical movements. The movements build upon each other each session so it is vital you attend them all. First we introduce technique, then we practice to make sure the technique is flawless and only then do we introduce intensity. Each ‘On Ramp’ session will include a workout, which will increase in difficulty over the course of the six sessions, in order to ‘Ramp’ your fitness levels up so you are ready for the intensity of the group classes.
The ‘On Ramp’ is also a perfect way to introduce you to the community at CrossFit Aylesbury. The other members on the course will share the same experiences as you and you will forge friendships here that last.
WHEN DOES THE COURSE RUN?
The course runs for 1 week with sessions at 8pm on a Tuesday and Thursday and 9am on a Saturday. .
