- Favourite moment since starting CrossFit?
Definitely going to the battle of the beasts competition and cheering coach Maddie on! All the competitors had amazing ability and was really motivational. Fantastic experience and the beginning of my love for crossfit apparel.
- Favourite workout?
It's got to be Annie! As Jane will remember i found it pretty tough (sorry Jane)! Hurt for days after that WOD - it was a nice 'welcome to crossfit, this is how it feels, get used to it' feeling.
- When did you start at CrossFit Aylesbury and why?
I was looking for a challenge and hadn't done any weightlifting before. I'm not very motivated to train on my own so love the community atmosphere.
-What impact has CrossFit had on you since beginning?
I've been doing crossfit for 6 months now and feel I've improved massively! It's amazing once you start attending regularly the difference you notice - I can lift weight I never thought I could because my techniques getting better.
-What are your future goals?
The biggest goal of mine is to do one strict pull up! Better get training...
