Death by Thrusters (40/30) **Rest 1min** Death by Bar Hop Burpees
“Death by Thrusters” 1 Thruster on the minute. every minute, adding 1 Thruster each minute and continue to add 1 Thruster each minute until you can no longer continue. (ie if you get to minute 15 and you only complete 14 of the required 15 Thrustersthen you are done and your score is 14+14.) Rest for 1 complete minute, following your thrusters. Then repeat the above format, but this time performing Bar Hop Burpees.
