As many of you will know, we have recently been encouraging members to put their names forward for the 'Battle of the Boxes' competition. We have had a great response with 17 people putting their names forward (it's not too late - you can still sign up via the sheet in the gym!). This gives us enough bodies for 3 teams (each consisting of 3 male & 2 female members). We will be using this weeks workouts (MON/WED/FRI) to decide how the teams will be made up (a 'seeding' system). These workouts will be judged, scored and athletes will be informally ranked based on their performance. This weeks' scored WODs are detailed below. This will not affect any members who have not put their names down for the competition - all WODs will still be completed as normal, during classes. For those who intend on competing, these workouts can be done during the classes, or during open gym, and may be repeated as many times as you wish (if you miss a WOD, let us know and we will arrange an alternative time for you to get it done) BUT scores must be signed off by one of the CFAY coaching team by this coming Sunday in order for athletes to be ranked...Happy WODing!
