Super Proud of these 4 amazing people today! Max, Leanne, Sarah and Ben all took part in their first CrossFit competition, Scale the Heights. They managed to get through the online qualifiers, facing hundreds of competitors and finished the day in 11th, 22nd, 29th and 25th overall, respectively. Most of these guys have only been training with us for a few months - they did themeslves, and the whole of the CFAY family proud today! Amazing job guys! You are all rock stars!
