Hang Power Clean

Shoulder to Overhead

Run 400m after each round

(Barbell @ 80/60)


Time Cap: 20 mins

Stimulus: Aim for sets of 5 on HP Clean & STOH

Scaling: educe load as needed in order to complete sets of 5
