800m Run
50 Pull up
100 Push Ups
150 Squats
800m Run
Time Cap: 25 minutes
Stimulus: Athletes should be able to split the workout into 10 Rounds (‘Cindy’ style)
Scale: Jumping Pullups/Kneeling Push ups.
