2 – 3-5 Reps: Pullup/CTB/Bar MU/Ring MU


Stimulus: Choose a challenging weight where you can complete 25ft unbroken. Choose a challenging gymnastics movement.


B) 7min AMRAP:

30 Double Under

10 Hang Power Snatch (40/30)


Stimulus: This should be light and fast – aim to move continuously.
