Deadlift (100/70)

Burpee Box Jump (24/20”)

Time Cap: 16 mins

Stimulus: 2 sets on each round of Deadlift – slow & steady on BBJ.

Scaling: Reduce load to a weight that allows the athlete to perform 5+ Deadlifts consecutively. Reduce height/step over box if needed.
