A) Back Squat 3x3 @RPE 8


B) 12min AMRAP:

20 pistol

10 Burpee Over Box

5 Ring Muscle Up


Stimulus: Aim to move at a steady pace on the pistol & BOB.

Athletes should complete the RMU in 2 sets

Scaling: Pistol > assisted pistol > Goblet Reverse Lunge

Ring MU > 3 reps > Jumping RMU > Burpee Pullup
