Rx Women: 2x 15

Teens & Novice = 1x 15/10 kg Dumbbell

Intermediate = 1x 22.5/15 kg Dumbbell

Masters 35-39 = Same as Rx

Masters 40-44 = 1x 22.5/15kg Dumbbell

Masters 45-49 = 1x 22.5/15kg Dumbbell

Masters 50+ = 1x 15/10kg Dumbbell
