300 Double Unders

2000m Row

1 Mile Run


Time Cap: 30 mins

Stimulus: Athletes should aim to perform sets of 30+ reps on double unders. Aim to maintain as close to 2-2:10/500m split on row. Aim for a sub 10 min mile

Scaling: Scale distance as needed. Double Unders: if you can perform 20 unbroken, aim for 200 total. if you can perform 10 unbroken, aim for 100 total. Single Unders = 450 reps
