400 Double Unders
200 Wallballs
100 TTB
50 Burpee Over Box
25 Bar MU
Time Cap: 30 mins
Stimulus: Athletes should aim to split the work in half (1 work 1 rest)
Complete at least 5+ reps on each movement (less on BMU)
Scaling: 600 Single Under. TTB > Leg raise > Knee raise > situp. Jumping Bar Mu/CTB/Pullup
