DB Snatch (1x22.5/15)

TTB

Time Cap: 15 mins

Stimulus: Athletes should aim for sets of 10 on DB snatch & 5 on TTB

Scaling: Reduce load as needed. TTB > Leg raise > Knee raise > situp
