200 ft. DB overhead lunge (50 lb. / 35 lb.)

50 DB box step-ups (24-in. / 20-in.)

50 Strict handstand push-ups

200 ft. Handstand walk


Tie break 1. will be taken after completing the final box step-up. (add under notes)

Tie break 2. will be taken after completing the final handstand. (add under notes)


*Note: All tiebreak times must be reported in elapsed time,
