20 Power Snatches (40/30)

20 Lateral Barbell Burpees

20 Overhead Squats (40/30)

20 Lateral Barbell Burpees

20 Squat Snatches (40/30)


Time Cap: 15 mins

Stimulus: Aim for sets of 5 on the barbell

Scaling: Reduce load as needed. Modify to Power Clean/F Squat/Squat Clean if needed
