50ft HS Walk

Max Unbroken Strict Pullups

Stimulus: Athletes should be able to perform at least 5ft unbroken HS Walk and 5 Unbroken Strict Pullup

Scaling: 50ft HS Walk > 50ft OH DB Lunge (1 DB - 25ft, then swap carrying hand). Banded Pullup
