Stimulus: Aim for sets of 10 on Wallballs & DB Snatch. Aim for sets of 5 on Bar MU

Scaling: Reduce volume if performing singles on Bar MU (eg 5 reps per round). Scale further to Jumping Bar MU/Burpee Pullups if needed
