Bar Hop Burpee

Overhead Squat (50/35)


Time Cap: 15mins

Stimulus: Aim for 3 sets on the TTB + OH Squat

Scaling: TTB > Leg raise > Knee raise > situp. OH Squat – this can be modified to a front squat if needed
