Pair 2: 10 Syncro TTB

Then Swap

Pair 1: 1 Rope Climb (each)

Pair 2: 10 Syncro Down Ups

Then Swap


Stimulus: Aim for unbroken thruster/2 sets on TTB

Scaling: Sub worm thrusters for empty barbells if needed and rope climbs to lying to standing rope pulls x 3
