Scaling: Strict HSPU > Pike Push Up > Push Up. Banded Pullup.


B) OMEM x 20

1 – 10 TTB + 5 OH Squat (50/35)

2 – 10 Down Up + 5 Power Snatch (50/35)


Stimulus: Aim for unbroken

Scaling: Reduce load as needed. TTB > Kipping Leg raise > Knee raise
