2 – 4-8 Bar MU/CTB/Pullup

3 – 5 Bar facing Burpee + 5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 70%


Stimulus: Aim for unbroken reps on the barbell – complete the work AFAP to maximise rest

Scaling: Reduce load & volume as needed in order to maintain at least 20s rest per minute. Bar MU > Jumping Bar MU> CTB > Pullup > Jumping CTB
