200m DB Farmers Carry (2x22.5/15)

15 Over Box Jump

5 Burpee Muscle Ups/10 Burpee Pullups


Stimulus: Athletes should aim to only drop the DBs once on each carry. Athletes should be able to maintain comfortable reps on Bar MU.
