20 DB Snatch (1x22.5/15)

5 Ring MU/Burpee Pull ups


Time Cap: 15 mins

Stimulus: Sets of 10 on DB Snatch. 2 sets on RMU

Scaling: If performing Ring MU in singles, reduce reps to 3 per round.
