Stimulus: Athletes should complete reps in 2 sets.


B) 12min AMRAP:

12 Over Box Jumps

9 Wallballs

6 Ring Muscle-Ups


Stimulus: Ring Muscle ups should be done in 2 chunks.


(Scale: Jumping Ring MU or Burpee Pullup).
