20 Overhead Squats (60/40)

20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

400 meter Run

20 Squat Cleans (60/40)

400 meter Run


Time Cap: 40 mins

Stimulus: Aim to complete work in 2 sets, except Squat cleans (quick singles)

Scaling: Reduce load as needed. CTB > Pullup > Jumping CTB
