Stimulus: Aim for 25ft unbroken lengths on HS Walk or reduce distance + unbroken deadlift

Scaling:OH DB Lunge (1 DB, swap half way)


B) 12min AMRAP:

100 Double-unders

100 Wall balls@9/6kg

100 Double-unders

Max Ring MU


Stimulus: Sets of 10+ on wallball

Scaling: Ring MU/Jumping Ring MU/Burpee Pullup
