10 Hang Power Snatch (35/25)

10 Bar Hop Burpee

10 CTB Pull up


Stimulus: Aim for unbroken

Scaling: Scale load as needed to achieve unbroken on snatches. If cannot complete 5+ CTB then: Pullups/Jumping CTB
