10 DB Box Step Over (2x22.5/15 @ 24/20”)

Stimulus: Aim for 5+ reps at a time on Step over & TTB.

Scaling: Reduce load & height on step overs as needed. TTB > Kipping Leg Raise > strict knee raise > Situp
