
For as long as possible:
‘Death By Burpees’
Rest 1 minute
‘Death By Thrusters’ @ 60/40
Stimulus: Athletes should aim to get to 10minutes on each segment
Scaling: Reduce loading on thruster as needed
Coaches Notes: Athletes complete 1 rep on minute 1, 2 reps on minute 2 etc - adding 1 rep per minute until they can no longer complete the required number of reps in the given minute.
Then athletes should rest 1 full minute before beginning the Thruster
