20 Bar Hop Burpees

10 Bar MU


Stimulus:

Clean & Jerks: Quick singles

Bar MU: athletes should aim to complete 3+ reps at a time


Scaling:

Run: reduce distance to 400m

Bar MU: Half reps (if athlete is performing singles)/Jumping Bar MU/ Burpee Pullups
